OK I tried 1 10 mg. Gel Gummy cut from the gel ‘bar’ you get. You get 8 indented gel bears. Anyway I’m 250 lbs, nothing happened. Will try some more, it did say it has to be adjusted for subsequent tries. Stay tuned….
