Chemo is a heavy indica developed in the 70s in Canada to treat patients suffering from cancer treatments, especially chemotherapy. Since then, it has managed to evolve quite a lot. It has a rather woody aroma that promotes relaxation and wellbeing. But the true value comes from its amazing medical effects and the fact that it can help you deal with sleeplessness and other similar issues. Its best known feature is its ability to lower anxiety, almost eliminate nausea and promote appetite.

    I give this Chemo 4/5. The buds were nice and dense and manicured nicely. The burn was nice, taste was nice and my one complaint is lack of aroma. Not sure if it was just my batch but Chemo for me usually has a fantastic aroma.

    Now to the important factor…it has a great indica high. Would order again.

    Had a good buzz and taste but ended up with a bunch of bottom bag and was all tiny buds. Figured i got the last of the strain when I seen it. But obviously wasn’t . Mjn offered and followed through with a couple pre rolls. But would honesty just would have rathered got bud in replace for the weight in bottom bag. Last batch of chemo was much better all around.

    Buds get bigger or new batch comes in I’ll def try again. Good bud but shakey bottom bag

    I had the same issue as the reviewer above, tiny micro buds, extremely dry, no smell very little taste if any. MJN also came through and fixed the issue on my next order, i just got my moby dick today as a replacement and am very happy. I also want to say that the lemon kush MJN has is a very good strain/price ratio. just sayin..

    5 star for value, but its only AAA. Some batches have been better than others, Classic Indica taste and effects.

    REALLY WISH MJN WOULD LEAVE BATCH DATES. So we would know how fresh the order is and if its from the same batch you previously ordered.

    I HATE getting the old switcheroo!!! When re-ordering large amounts from small test amounts.

    This strain is probably one of my favourites! I deal with extreme lower back pain and have tried therapy and prescribed drugs and This strain seems to knock my pain down quite a bit, at least for me to sit comfortably for a while. This strain has a great taste too, very smooth and long lasting effects I find for me.

    Got this as ny free eight. I din’t feel much the first time I took this, but since then I retried it and it’s a pretty great strain. It really relaxes your body and elevates the mood, without heavy euphoria. I could definetly see it as a great strain to be high on in public, as it didn’t make me raise my voice of be awkward, which a lot of strains do to me. Taste and smell are ok, the buds are prettt close in appearance to be picture, pretty small buds.

    Amazing “before bed smoke”. Relaxes all my muscles, clears my mind from stress and just puts me right to sleep. I don’t consider this one a social strain. I don’t feel creative or curious or chatty – I just want to sleep. No giggles, and if I try to watch a movie or read, my attention span is short as I just want to nod off. Hasn’t given me the munchies, but I usually smoke and go right to bed. Be interesting to try it during the day, but it’s such a great sleep/relaxation/bedtime strain, I think I’ll just keep it at that. I’m someone who tends to let stress of work eat at my head – Chemo makes those bothersome thoughts go away. Great for getting rest and relaxing. Highly recommend. Great body effects – makes me feel light – like a big gigantic sigh of relief. A must-have from now on.

    Not the CHEMO I knew and loved…
    Ordered on September 5th and tried to get a full oz but was out of stock so scored 14Gs… I must have got the last of the batch because there wasn’t a single bud of a decent size (was it because I redeemed a 10% code? LOL). It also wasn’t the beautiful, crystal, dense, green bud I was familiar with. It was small, dry with a weak buzz leaving something to be desired. It would be nice if MJN could allow customer reviews to upload pics of the product delivered.
    The original CHEMO from MJN easily became my favourite, go-to strain. Unfortunately, what I received this time around was so far from it. I hope when CHEMO comes back to MJN, it will come back like I remember it, as shown in the pic above.
