Rumor has it that Chemo’s beginnings stretch back to the 1970s in Canada where this heavy indica was allegedly developed to treat the side effects of chemotherapy. Another name for this strain is “UBC Chemo” in reference to the university in which Chemo is said to have been conceived. Chemo’s genetics is carried on by Jordan of the Islands, whose rendition is best known for its subtle woody aroma and potent medicinal effects perfect for patients treating nausea, appetite loss, pain, and sleeplessness.

My Q came in some amazingly trimmed tight nugs and then some bottom bag looking nugs (maybe a g ish) but regardless of looks this strain is killer! The perfect final smoke before bed. If it doesn’t knock you out prepare to eat everything in sight. Pain/nausea/anxiety/depression melter. Worth every penny.

I mean, the bud is good and you get a buzz, but not worth the huge price. I’d buy another oz if it was $200, but I feel this is one of those price hikes based on the name and not the quality. Again, it is good quality, just not worth the price.

After reading reviews I ordered this strain and WOW it did the trick! Definitely not for an amateur! Skilled smokers will have a nice deep couch lock buzz! Be careful! This couch lock is Deadly! But definitely would buy again!

This was an excellent buy–really suggest if you’re looking to get stoned and not just high. I like to smoke it between a milder strain to keep me bodied throughout the day. I do want to add that I got chest pains with this one, but if you normally have this problem and can anticipate it then it is definitely worth riding it out.

After years of experience I can say with all honesty that this is my all-time favourite Indica. It’s a heavy buzz so I usually don’t use this until after 8pm, but the euphoric buzz and beautiful smell/taste can’t be beat. Indicas sometimes have a tendency to make me a tad anxious but this one doesn’t at all.
