I bought these having never microdosed before. At first I just tried one 50mg capsule and didn’t feel much. The next day I tried two and, maybe it was placebo, but I felt just a little less anxious throughout the day. I’ve since taken 2 on several different days and it made me just a little less irritable and able to handle stressful situations without getting angry. I will be buying the 100mg ones next time because I think that’s the proper dose for me. I am a 200 lb man, 6 feet tall. I was a little nervous I would get in over my head but I gotta say 100 mg seems to be a nice little boost to my mood and focus throughout the day.
